One or two servings of Serviam salt electrolytes daily. They’re hardcore. Before drinking these, I used to black out/ feel lightheaded every time I’d stand up after sitting or laying even only briefly. I’d see stars, feel dizzy, and super fatigued. I’d tried other ones like Liquid IV but nothing helped me. Any time I got my got my BP taken it was always suggested that I get some more salt in my system.

This was consistent for years and I just thought it was because I was “getting up too fast” or that I just couldn’t find what I needed to help.

Never knew it was because of my electrolytes imbalance, and when I did, the other supplements just didn’t help me. When I tried Serviam, it quite literally changed my mood 20m after taking them, like my body was just thanking me.

Kyle's serviam salt blend is excellent. The stuff tasted great and really works well. I use the salts to help me when I am really struggling during my fasts. I will start to get a headache, but once I take a serving of the serviam salts it goes away pretty quickly.

My wife also uses them during her pregnancy and she is obsessed with them. She can feel the difference when she is using the salts versus not using them. She has tried other salts but these have definitely been the best.
